1. Scope & Acceptance
By placing an order with Inktiyde (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to this Shipping Policy. Any deviation or special request may require additional terms or fees, which we will notify you of in advance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched (i.e. handed over to the shipping or courier service)
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted courier services and postal carriers depending on your location.
Shipping method (standard, express, etc.) will be selected at checkout, along with estimated delivery times.
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.
Free shipping may apply to orders over a threshold (for example, free shipping on orders over 999).
If a surcharge (e.g. remote area fee or customs handling) is applicable, we will inform you before dispatch
5. International Orders & Customs
For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, VAT, or taxes imposed by your country.
InktiYde is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance.
You acknowledge that customs policies vary by country, and delivery may be delayed or refused by customs agency decisions.

7. Risk & Title
Once we hand over the parcel to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
However, we’ll assist you with carrier claims if you contact us promptly with appropriate evidence (photos, shipment receipt, etc.).
8. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a carrier attempts delivery but is unable to deliver (due to incorrect address, absence, etc.), and your order is returned to us, that order will be considered a return-to-sender.
You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders returned to sender, in which case refunds (minus original shipping and handling charges) may be issued.
9. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We will investigate with the carrier and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the outcome.
10. Address Accuracy & Changes
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address.
If you request an address change after dispatch, we will attempt to comply but cannot guarantee success. Any additional fees or delivery delays due to address changes will be your responsibility.
11. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
Circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, carrier strikes, pandemics) may delay shipments.
In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible, but cannot be held liable for delays or consequential damages.

13. Modifications to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
