1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”) and Inktiyde.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
2.2 By using our services, you represent that you meet the eligibility criteria and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Products and Services

3.1 All products are custom-manufactured based on the artwork and specifications provided by the Customer.
3.2 Inktiyde is not liable for inaccuracies, errors, or quality issues arising from low-resolution artwork, incorrect specifications, or typographical mistakes submitted by the Customer.
3.3 Slight variations in colors or finishes may occur due to differences in digital displays and printing processes.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Orders are confirmed only upon full payment through our secure payment gateway.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
4.3 All prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes and charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; however, actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
5.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. InktiYde will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.3 Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1 As products are custom-printed, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has commenced.
6.2 Refunds or replacements will be provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items supplied directly by Inktiyde.
6.3 Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All website content, logos, trademarks, and proprietary designs are the exclusive property of Inktiyde and may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without prior written consent.
7.2 Customers retain ownership of their uploaded artwork but grant Inktiyde a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce such artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Inktiyde shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
8.2 Our maximum liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Inktiyde respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as outlined therein.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in : B-45, 2nd Floor, Sector 69, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh]
